The shield is approx 7 inches high. Each badge is created by first making a highly detailed brass die from which the badge is injection moulded. It is then very carefully and expertly hand painted to produce a stunning piece of memorabilia. It is finished by applying a gold blocking process to the raised outside edge of the shield which enhances the overall effect. For "new" designs there is a minimum first order quantity of 75 owing to the high origination costs. Existing stock designs are availble as single units.
